CA HEMANGI MULAOKAR is an experienced professional who has experience in this field of more than 18 years and also is one of the Managing partners of Hemangi & Associates which is the one of the CA firm in Ahmedabad for audit. She have done concurrent audit course conducted by ICAI.
Exposures:
- Handling certification work of around 350 companies including listed & non listed companies
- Handled merger of 21 companies & signing special purpose financials & amending tax audit report
- Performed statutory audit of one nationalized bank for 4 years covering 9 branches
- Handled concurrent audit of three nationalized banks branch for 3 years.
- Incharged with Stock Audit, Credit Audit & Revenue Audit of various banks.
- Provides Statutory Audit services to numerous Private Limited Companies, Limited Companies & other corporate under Companies Act, 2013.
- Performs Indirect and Direct tax audit/returns, Company related services (incorporation/preparation of search report, MOA, AOA/filings of returns), Accounting, TAX assessment, firms, proprietorship, and other entities.

CA SHYAM BODHANKAR is an experienced professional who has experience in this field of more than FOUR years and also is one of the partner of Hemangi & Associates which is the one of the CA firm in Ahmedabad for audit.
